GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Rossin

Insurance Fraud; provides requirements for limited licenses for credit life or disability insurance & credit insurance; establishes Anti-Fraud Reward Program in Insurance Dept.; requires HMOs to comply with insurer anti-fraud requirements; extends statute of limitations for certain insurance fraud violations; specifies schedule of criminal penalties for committing insurance fraud; revises penalty for patient brokering, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
