Collier Co. Parks; prohibits specified conduct on park property; authorizes Director of Collier County Parks & Recreation Dept. to grant written permit exceptions to specific prohibitions, which may include consumption of alcoholic beverages for wedding receptions & other special events; provides that authority delegated to director must be exercised in strict adherence to park policy rules approved by resolution of board of county commissioners.
