Probate/Elective Share; revises language re right to elective share; provides for property entering into elective estate & provides for valuation of elective estate; provides for sources from which elective share is payable; provides for liability of direct recipients & beneficiaries; provides for protection of payors & other third parties; provides who may exercise right of election; provides for personal representative's duty to collect contributions, etc. Amends Ch. 732.
