GENERAL BILL by Sublette
Antitrust Claims; provides that indirect purchaser may claim injury under certain provisions for unlawful overcharge for goods or services; provides that passing unlawful overcharge to others is partial or complete defense; authorizes court to consolidate cases, apportion damages, & delay disbursement of damages; provides for defendant to receive setoff against damages under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 542.195.
