Driver Licenses/Applications; revises requirements re applications for license; provides that HSMV Dept. shall request, receive, & exchange certain information with other jurisdictions; requires complete examination of applications prior to issuance of license; provides for rules; authorizes department to require submission of fingerprints. Amends 322.08.
