GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Ogles ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis

Alcohol or Drugs/DUI; provides that motor vehicle is subject to forfeiture under Fla. Contraband Act if motor vehicle is driven by person under influence of alcohol or drugs & person's license is suspended as result of prior conviction for DUI; requires that notification of impoundment or seizure be sent to HSMV Dept.; redefines term "contraband article" re Fla. Contraband Act to conform to changes made by act, etc. Amends 322.34, 932.701; reenacts 932.703.
