GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Criminal Justice ; Casas

DUI/Substance Abuse Education Course; provides that motor vehicle is subject to forfeiture under Fla. Contraband Act if it is driven by person under influence of alcohol or drugs & person's license is suspended as result of prior conviction for DUI; provides that any person convicted of DUI must, in addition to any other penalties provided by law, complete substance abuse education course conducted by licensed DUI program, including psychosocial evaluation, etc. Amends FS.
