Campaign Financing; (THIS BILL COMBINES H559,171,565) prohibits use of public employees or facilities for purposes of promoting or opposing candidates or issues or supporting public officials; provides exeptions; requires additional info for registration of political committees; adds penalties; prohibits committees of continuous existence from making certain expenditures without first registering as political committee, etc. Amends Chs. 104, 106.
