GENERAL BILL by Hill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Greenstein

Firearms/Locking Device; defines term "locking device"; provides that locking device may be used for purpose of lawfully storing firearm within access of minor, as defined; requires person to secure firearm with said device under specified circumstances when firearm is left or stored on premises where such minor resides; provides penalties for failure to store or leave firearm in required manner, under specified circumstances. Amends 790.001,.174.
