GENERAL BILL by Rayson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kelly
Insurance/Discounts; requires insurers to provide certain discounts, credits, or other rate differentials in their rating manuals under certain circumstances; clarifies application of certain discounts for mobile home owner's insurance rate filings; requires insurers to implement certain discounts or rate differentials for mobile home insurance premiums; provides restrictions on cancellation or nonrenewal of residential coverage, etc. Amends Ch. 627.
