REVISER'S BILL by McKay
Florida Statutes; amends certain provisions pursuant to directive in s. 17, ch. 98-413, Laws of Florida, to change "Elected State & County Officers' Class" to "Elected Officers' Class" wherever same appears in chapter 121. Amends 121.021,.051,.052,.053,.055,.091,.122.
Effective Date: 60 days after sine die
