GENERAL BILL by Brummer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bitner ; Ogles
Public Construction; lowers threshold amount required for competitive awards of local bids & contracts for public electrical work; provides that certain qualified contractors or vendors shall have standing to challenge propriety of local government's action under certain circumstances; provides for award of reasonable attorney's fees under certain circumstances. Amends 255.20.
