GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Civil Actions/Awards; revises conditions for award of attorney's fees for presenting unsupported claims or defenses; authorizes damage awards against party for unreasonable delay of litigation; authorizes court to impose additional sanctions; provides that before awarding costs & fees court must determine whether offer was reasonable under circumstances known at time offer was made. Amends 57.105, 768.79.
