Sales Tax Exemption/Ad Agencies; defines "advertising agency"; exempts sale of advertising services by advertising agency & certain items sold to, produced by, or sold by advertising agencies & related services from tax on sales, use, and other transactions; provides for administration; provides for retroactive applicability in certain circumstances. Amends 212.08.
