Catastrophic Pharmaceutical Expense; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/769,CS/1087) creates catastrophic pharmaceutical expense assistance program; prescribes duties of AHCA & other entities; requires pharmacies that participate in program or in Medicaid to agree to limitations on compensation; provides legislative findings re health care practitioners' fiduciary responsibility to patients & acceptance of certain types of compensation from pharmaceutical manufacturers, etc. Amends 455.624. APPROPRIATION: $70,000,000.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
