Pharmaceutical Expense Assistance; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/H769,CS/H1087) creates pharmaceutical expense assistance program; provides eligibility & program parameters; prescribes duties of AHCA & other entities; provides for rules; requires report; prescribes prerequisite that drug manufacturers must meet in order for their drug products to be covered under program; establishes prescription discount program for Medicare recipients; provides for conditional repeal, etc. APPROPRIATION: $7,750,000.
