SB 1112: Crime Stoppers Funds

GENERAL BILL by Forman

Crime Stoppers Funds; provides for moneys collected by clerks of court for crime stoppers programs to be deposited into trust fund of sheriff or person in charge of county law enforcement agency; authorizes establishment of multicounty crime stoppers programs; provides for surcharge assessed as additional court cost for said programs to be deposited in special trust funds for use as provided in specified provision, etc. Creates 932.80; amends 938.06; repeals 16.555,.556.
