GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Myers

Domestic Violence; provides for establishment of domestic violence fatality review teams to review fatal or near-fatal incidents of domestic violence; provides for representation on said teams; requires each team to collect data; requires Governor's Task Force on Domestic Violence to assist teams; provides immunity from liability for certain acts; exempts certain info & records acquired by such team from discovery in civil actions, etc. Creates 741.316.
