Workers' Compensation; excludes work done by state prisoners & county inmates from definition of employment; excludes employees covered under Defense Base Act from payment of benefits; provides for electronic payment of compensation payments; revises requirements for submission of certain medical reports & bills; requires insurers' workers' compensation managed care arrangements to grant or deny request for medical care within time certain, etc. Amends Chs. 440, 489, 627. APPROPRIATION: $1,400,000.
