GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Thomas

Workers' Compensation; clarifies legislative intent that terms "net premiums written" & "net premiums collected" as used in Workers' Compensation law, include ceded reinsurance premiums in accord with original intent; amends specified provision re assessment for Special Disability Trust Fund; amends specified provision re assessment for Workers' Compensation Administration Trust Fund & to expenses of administration, etc. Amends 440.49,.50,.51,.38, 627.311. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
