TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Klein
School Technology Infrastructure TF; creates Public School Technology Infrastructure Trust Fund within Education Dept.; provides for moneys in trust fund to be used to connect each classroom in state's public schools to Internet; provides for moneys in trust fund to be available only after school district has exhausted all other funds for technology provided by Legislature; requires that DOE adopt rules.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by at least 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
