Money Laundering; provides for development & implementation of statewide seaport security plan; provides for fingerprint-based criminal history check of applicant for employment & current employees at seaports; revises standards for graduated penalties involving currency or payment instruments under Fla. Control of Money Laundering in Money Transmitters Act; creates Financial Crimes Analysis Center & Financial Transaction Database within FDLE, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,600,000.
