Florida Statutes; repeals or deletes various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provision re savings clauses applicable to transition to licensure of athlete agents; deletes findings re regulation of athletic trainers; deletes findings re regulation of funeral directing, embalming, & direct disposition, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
