Florida Land Title Protection Act; provides legislative intent; validates certain land titles derived from state conveyances; provides for public use of certain waters; defines ordinary high water mark; provides process for approval of sovereignty claims; protects certain public access, easements, & commonlaw rights; provides for severability. Creates 253.90.
