GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Workers' Compensation; revises provisions re special requirements for compensability under Workers' Compensation Law to provide that certain injuries suffered by specified law enforcement officers shall be deemed to be injuries arising out of & in course of employment. Amends 440.092.
