Telehealth; requires separate licensure to provide telehealth services to patients in this state; provides that telehealth licensure requirements & responsibilities shall be identical to those provided for full licensure in applicable profession; provides exemption from said licensure for registered nonresident pharmacies & their employees; authorizes bringing of telehealth malpractice actions in this state, etc. Creates 455.5641; amends 766.102.
