Telehealth; requires separate licensure to provide telehealth services to patients in this state; provides that telehealth licensure requirements & responsibilities shall be identical to those provided for full licensure in applicable profession; provides exemption from telehealth licensure for registered nonresident pharmacies & their employees, etc. Creates 455.5641; amends 766.102.
