School Safety & Student Discipline; revises definition of suspension; removes school discipline data from data used to determine school's performance grade category; revises information required to be included in student code of conduct; requires principals to notify certain persons that specified students are exhibiting pattern of nonattendance; revises behavior considered to be cause for teacher removal of students, etc. Amends FS.
