Tourism Office/Sports Industry; revises provisions re duty of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to serve as contract administrator for state in contracts with Enterprise Florida, Inc., Florida Commission on Tourism, & directsupport organization created to promote sports industry; provides for assets held in trust by contracted party upon dissolution of said party or termination of contract to be reverted to state for use by office, etc. Amends 14.2015, 288.1224.
