GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Cowin
School Readiness; revises composition of Fla. Partnership for School Readiness; revises membership of school readiness coalitions; provides sovereign immunity for school readiness coalitions; changes terminology re payment; revises funding for prekindergarten early intervention programs; authorizes Governor to request approval of Administrative Commission for transfer of funds by CFS Dept. & DOE to partnership for school readiness programs, etc. Amends FS.
