GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano

Public Records/Health Practitioners; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information on health care practitioners working in correctional or mental health facilities; provides exemption from public records requirements for expunged criminal history info on health care practitioners obtained for certain employment; provides sealed criminal history records to Dept. of Health under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 119.07, 455.5656, 943.0585,.059.
