Florida Engineers Management Corp.; amends "Florida Engineers Management Corporation Act"; provides for termination of initial appointments & for new appointments to board of directors; provides additional requirements of contract between management corporation & DBPR; provides for maintenance of board records by management corporation; provides rulemaking authority to board to ensure security of examinations, etc. Amends Ch. 471; abrogates repeal of 471.038.
