GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Cowin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mitchell
Adoption/State & WMD Employees; provides monetary benefit for state employee who adopts special-needs child; provides such benefit for state employee who adopts child not defined as special-needs child; defines term "special-needs child" for purposes of act; provides procedure; provides for eligibility for parental leave; provides conditions of such leave; authorizes DMS to adopt rules. Creates 110.152. APPROPRIATION: $140,000.
