GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cowin

Dependent Children Protection; revises definition of term "long-term custody" & "long-term licensed custody"; provides for precedence of orders of circuit court in dependency matters involving dissolution or other custody action; creates provisions re disposition & postdisposition change of custody; provides intent for achieving permanency through variety of permanency actions; abolishes Child Welfare Standards & Training Council, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 435, 402, 409.
