SB 2500: Sexually Violent Predators

GENERAL BILL by Klein

Sexually Violent Predators; requires Criminal Justice Estimating Conference to project future bed needs & other program needs for sexually violent predators; increases period of time for multidisciplinary team to determine if offender is said predator; requires CFS Dept. to adopt rules for continuing education & training for members of multidisciplinary teams & other professionals who evaluate said predators, etc. Amends 216.1365, 394.913,.930,.931, 775.089.
