CS/SB 2520: Towed Vehicles
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Silver
Towed Vehicles; requires local law enforcement agencies to enter certain information into state FCIC/NCIC computer system; requires law enforcement agencies to inquire into reported theft or recovery of vehicles or certain vehicle identification information & requires them to enter such information into state FCIC/NCIC computer system; revises provisions re unclaimed motor vehicles. Amends 715.05.
