Senior Pharmaceutical Assistance Act; creates said act; requires Elderly Affairs Dept. to establish program to enable senior residents to receive state funds to pay for prescription drugs; provides enrollment periods, conditions & qualifications; requires dept. to inform public; requires county property appraisers to provide information; provides guidelines for drugs to be considered eligible for payment under program; provides for enrollee assessments & copayments, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
