Ad Valorem Taxation; delays year of implementation of provisions which require that, in connection with renewal of specified exemptions, applicant's & applicant's spouse's social security numbers are required; provides for assessment of tangible personal property after adjustments by value adjustment board; maintains exemption from tax for property leased from governmental agency if agency continues to use property exclusively for educ. purposes, etc. Amends FS.
