DUI/Substance Abuse Course/Minors; provides that certain license suspensions remain in effect for described time period; provides for assumption of costs for substanceabuse education; provides for admission of certain minors into county addictionsreceiving facilities under certain circumstances; clarifies bloodalcohol & breathalcohol level that is unlawful, etc. Amends 322.2616.
