GENERAL BILL by Greenstein

Auctioneering; revises requirements re conduct, administration, approval, & scope of examination for licensure as auctioneer; deletes exceptions from requirement that auctions be conducted pursuant to written agreement; provides for disciplinary action against licensees who fail to account for certain property; authorizes designee of Secretary of DBPR to sign vouchers for payment of disbursement from Auctioneer Recovery Fund, etc. Amends Ch. 468.
