Health Maintenance Organizations; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/CS/S1508 & CS/S706,2234) provides for statewide provider & managed care organization claim dispute mediation program; provides exemption from open meetings requirements; requires payment for specified services; provides for 24-hour, on-line or telephone service; revises criteria for what constitutes false statements & entries & unfair claim settlement practices, etc. Creates 408.7057; amends Ch. 641.
