GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kirkpatrick

Health Care/Public Hospital Services; reduces annual assessment on hospitals for outpatient services; reduces annual assessment against certain health care entities; increases benefits for certain persons who receive hospital outpatient services; increases reimbursement to hospitals for outpatient care; requires certain health care providers to conduct annual survey & produce annual report on uncompensated care, etc. Amends 395.701,.7015, 408.904,.905, 409.912, 905.908. APPROPRIATION.
