Execution of Death Sentence; provides for death sentence to be executed by lethal injection; provides for person who is sentenced to death to elect death sentence executed by electrocution; provides procedure for making such election; provides for person whose warrant of execution is pending on specified date to elect sentence of death by electrocution; provides procedure for making such election. Amends 922.10,.105.
