Department of Corrections; transfers Office for Certification & Monitoring of Batterers' Intervention Programs from DOC to CFS Dept.; transfers authority for certain fee assessment & collection from DOC to CFS Dept.; removes offenders under pretrial intervention from state employee status pursuant to specified provisions when participating in work program; provides for counties to supervise pretrial intervention offenders, etc. Amends FS.
