Fla. Airport Authority Act; creates said act; provides that certain counties shall form airport authority; provides that certain former military facilities redeveloped & operated as airport shall be redeveloped & operated by authority under act, & provides for membership of governing body of such authorities; provides covenant of state re bond issuance & agreements with federal agencies; provides for applicability, etc. Creates Ch. 332.
