Non-Ad Valorem Assessments; amends provision re uniform method for levy, collection, & enforcement of non-ad valorem assessments; defines term "levied for the first time"; specifies circumstances in which local government must adopt non-ad valorem assessment roll at public hearing; prescribes requirements re notice that must be given before such hearing is held. Amends 197.3632.
