Trust Business; requires court to assign time & place for hearing on accounting of common trust fund held by trust company or trust department upon filing of application therefor with court; requires trust company or trust department operating fund to provide notice of hearing once within specified time period by publication in daily newspaper of general circulation designated by court. Amends 660.45.
