Home Inspection Services; provides requirements re said services; provides certain inspector qualifications & practice standards; requires, before inspection, provision of inspector credentials, caveat, disclosure of conflicts of interest & certain relationships, & statement or agreement of scope, limitations, terms, & conditions; requires report to client on results of inspection & requires provision of relevant portions thereof to homeowners, etc. Creates 501.935.
