GENERAL BILL by Geller

Health Insurance/Infertility; requires coverage by health insurance policies, group, franchise, & blanket health insurance policies, & health maintenance contracts for diagnosis & treatment of infertility under certain circumstances; excludes payments for donor eggs or certain medical services; provides for application to group contracts & plans of self-insurance, out-of-state groups, & standard, basic, & limited health benefit plans, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 641.31.
