SB 1634: Unlawful Activities/Driver's License

GENERAL BILL by Burt

Unlawful Activities/Driver's License; prohibits person from knowingly selling, manufacturing, or delivering, or offering to sell, manufacture, or deliver, any blank, forged, stolen, fictitious, counterfeit, or unlawfully issued driver's license or identification card or any instrument in similitude of such license or such card; provides penalty; authorizes investigations of violations of this section. Amends 322.212.
